03 — Strategic Advisory

The picture is incomplete.
A decision needs to be made anyway.

We map unknown territory and give decision-makers a clear, evidence-based picture — at the intersection of science, industry, and government, across sectors and borders. Not neutral, but rigorous.

The situation we walk into

A policy decision needs to be made, a market needs to be understood, or a bilateral opportunity needs to be assessed — but no one has mapped the landscape yet. The science says one thing, the industry another, the regulator a third. Someone needs to synthesise across those worlds without losing credibility in any of them.

These engagements often end with a strategic memo, an opportunity scan, or a briefing — a single, structured output that reduces uncertainty and enables action. Not a full project, but the piece that was blocking everything else.

What we deliver

  • Opportunity scans and playing field analyses — mapping what exists, who the key players are, and where the gaps are
  • Bilateral cooperation studies — identifying connection points between countries, sectors, and institutions
  • Strategic memos and policy briefings — commissioned by ministries, embassies, and industry bodies
  • Market scans for new sectors or geographies — technology readiness, regulatory landscape, partnership potential
  • Science–industry–government interface work — translating between worlds that don't naturally communicate
  • Innovation missions and stakeholder events — bringing the right people into the same room
